Sweetwater Exterior Co. is a trade name of CTI - Direct Holdings USA LLC, an exterior cleaning business based in Alpharetta, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle text messaging.

We collect only what we need to quote and perform work:
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Property address and details about the work requested
- Photographs of the property taken before and after service
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers

- To respond to your request and provide a quote
- To schedule, perform, and invoice work
- To send appointment confirmations and service updates
- To follow up on a quote you requested
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with lead generators or marketing companies.
SMS / text messaging terms
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from Sweetwater Exterior Co. when you provide your mobile number to us — by calling or texting us, submitting the quote form on this website, or giving it to us in person or over the phone when requesting an estimate. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
What we send. Messages relate only to your request or your job: responses to your inquiry, quotes, appointment confirmations and arrival windows, before-and-after photos, invoices, and follow-up on a quote you asked for.
Message frequency. Varies based on your activity with us. Typically a handful of messages per job.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (470) 839-3634.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Photographs
We photograph properties before and after service to document existing conditions and completed work. With your permission we may use these photos in marketing. We never publish house numbers, street signs, license plates, or your address. You may decline photo use at any time — it does not affect your price or service.
Website
This site does not use advertising trackers or sell visitor data. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance.
How long we keep information
Customer and job records are retained as long as needed to service your account and to meet tax and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages
- Ask us to remove you from follow-up contact
- Request a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it
- Decline use of photographs of your property
